Hybrid cars are beginning to sport some real style. Some of these look like they may have been designed by George Lucas and the LucasArts Studios team. I did see a few that I’d love to add to my wish list collection.

It seems Mike and Maaike, the pair that designed the Google G1 phone, have come up with their own concept of what personal transportation should look like.

The first big change would be to get rid of the driver and the roar of an engine.  Their mobile device would be autonomous and electric.

Simply summon your vehicle with your phone, step through the electric glass door and choose your seat … no driving required.

Back in 1989 Pontiac began promoting a concept car called the Stinger… It was a small dune buggy type car targeted to the young teen early 20′s market. To give you an idea, here is one of their very hokey commercials… Funny thing is…the car never made it into production.
